A fifty percent (50%) Down Payment, plus $300 Security Deposit, is due at signing. The remaining fifty percent is due at least thirty days prior to your event.
You have the freedom to use furniture from any rental company, but we offer discounted prices to our clients, with no delivery, setup or take-down charges. And, our furniture will be set up before your hours begin!

Formal Dining Room
One of the Mansion's most elegant and welcoming spaces. An expansive bay window looks onto the Garden Courtyard, and the baby grand piano is ready to play.

The Victorian Parlor
A fireplace, a wall of golden mirrors and antique furniture. Chairs and sofas are clustered for relaxed and easy conversation.
The Library of Texas Women
A collection of historic Texana, including books by and about notable women. It is a comfortable retreat with a fireplace and antique sofas and armchairs.
The Georgian Tea Room
An operating tea room in the 1930s, featuring a vaulted ceiling and shaded sconces. An elegant setting for smaller ceremonies.
The Garden Courtyard
A babbling stone fountain, Greek-style pergola and flowering plants. Accessed from the Ballroom, it’s perfect for outdoor ceremonies.
The Bridal Suite
For the bride and her bridesmaids. A private dressing room with a personal restroom and generous, well- lighted makeup counter.
Prices listed are for an eight-hour block (8 consecutive hours). More time can be purchased for $200 per hour or 4 hours for $550. Rehearsal is not included in the package price unless you rehearse during your eight-hour block. Separate rehearsal time may be booked as available, typically the day before your wedding, for $200.
You may retain the services of any professional caterer with both setup and takedown crews.
Caterer’s setup, breakdown and cleanup must fall within your 8-hour block, or within the time you have purchased. Furniture, flowers, cakes, decorations, etc., should be delivered within this period. If you rent your furniture from the Mansion, it will be set up ahead of time.
Choice of band, orchestra, deejay, florist, lighting specialist, etc., is entirely up to you.
When serving alcohol, either a TABC certified bartender or caterer covered by liquor liability insurance is required. A certificate of insurance adding the Texas Federation of Women’s Clubs as co-insured must be delivered to our office prior to your event.
