The Mansion is so beautiful! My daughter and I looked at so many "barns", big boring rooms you would have had to spend a fortune on to decorate. Really, all we did was add flowers. Everything else was elegant just like it was.

You may retain the services of any professional caterer you desire, as long as they are a verifiable, full-service caterer with setup and takedown crews.

The Grand Ballroom and Georgian Room are not furnished, but the Mansion rents a wide variety of additional furniture, including tables, chairs, linens, silver, etc., priced according to the number of guests and the nature of your event. This cost is not included in the 'Packages' mentioned on the 'Services & Amenities' page.

Choice of band, orchestra, deejay, florist, lighting specialist, etc., is entirely up to you.

A Manager on Duty is present to assist you, from the time your deliveries arrive until the close of your event.

Prices listed are for an eight-hour block (8 consecutive hours), which includes time for setup, deliveries and takedown. Of course, more time can be purchased in advance, and rehearsal hours prior to your event are discounted.

Friday and Saturdays are our most popular days, so Sundays are always discounted twenty percent. Call for other weeknight pricing and availability.

There is a $300 security deposit added, refundable in full as long as the Mansion is not damaged and extra costs, such as for extraordinary cleanup or overtime, are not incurred.
